Bradley Willard, Partner

Bradley Willard currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for GKH Partners. Bradley manages finance and the day-to-day management of the business. He is responsible for the underwriting, market research and due diligence of new transactions, he also works closely with municipalities on entitlement and site development issues.

Prior to joining GKH Partners, Bradley worked for Accenture Consulting were he successfully led teams in the design, development and implementation of core business applications for several Fortune 500 Clients, including AT&T and Dynegy. At Accenture, he was responsible for project management and implementation, which included planning and design, market analysis, budget and staff management.

Bradley graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from University of Arizona, Tucson. Bradley is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
